During yesterday’s City Council meeting, Chief of Police Amanda Westmoreland recognized four members of the Leesville Police Department for actions deemed above and beyond the call of duty. The commendations highlighted moments of exceptional professionalism, dedication, and service that strengthened public safety and reflected the department’s highest standards.
Those honored were PFC Devin Buterbaugh, PFC Tyler Hardwick, PO Caleb Phillips, and Records Clerk Judy Horton.
