CITY OF LEESVILLE
PROJECT NAME - TIMBER CLEARING OR THINNING
The City of Leesville is seeking bids from qualified contractors to THIN OR CLEAR approximately 18 acres of timber at the Leesville Recreation Complex. Onsite visit will be required to ascertain full details.
BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked with the project name via email – cityadmin@leesvillela.gov / chris.fox@leesvillela.gov, in person - Leesville City Hall located at 508 S. 5th Street, Leesville, LA or mail to – City of Leesville, P.O. Box 1191, Leesville, LA 71496.
- Bids shall include certification of qualifications and proof of insurance.
- Deadline for all bids will be May 16, 2025 by 10:00 a.m.
BID OPENING: Bids will be opened publicly at 10:30 a.m. on May 16, 2025 at the Leesville City Hall located at 508 S. 5th Street, Leesville, LA.
