Liquor and Beer Permit Process

  1. Must have a City signed and notarized application from City Hall;

  2. Must have background check from City Police and Sheriff Department;

  3. Must have state application completed and copy of payment receipt;

  4. Applicants must submit application packet by Friday before the finalization 

       of the agenda for Monday's Council Meeting;

  5. Must be3 present at the City Council Meeting; 

  6. Council must approve packet and request; and

  7. Upon approval, go the front window with approval from the City Clerk 

       of Council to pay for Liquor and/or Beer permits.
